I found the Mother of Pearl Horn in a wonderful antique shop in Cochin in India last year , a beautiful simple piece which i have combined with richly toned red stones and silver plated coins.
Perhaps a new kind of heirloom in the making and one with a mysterious unknown history.
The necklace sits flatteringly on the collar bone and looks beautiful on its own but layered up with other necklaces gives it an even more exotic feel.
