Unique repurposed antique victorian star rings.

Originally Victorian Star Hat pins , striking and beautiful but in need of a new lease of life.

Set in 14k gold fill rings –

Dark star – size L with rose cut Chalcedony gemstone set in gold setting.

Light star – size N with a rose cut Chalcedony gemstone set in a gold setting.

These are the only two rings in this design –

Hat pins with a history and now they start a new chapter in these rings.

14ct gold fill rings

“Gold filled” (or “rolled gold”) comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal.  The minimum layer of gold must equal at least 1/20th the weight of the total item. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate
