Katie Weiner is an established designer maker since 1994 her work has always focussed on craftsmanship, colour and beauty but found fresh inspiration when asked to design jewellery for an Indian wedding.

The client wanted the jewellery to include family heirlooms but to have a contemporary feel.

A new era dawned – Katie decided to follow her passion for vintage pieces and what emerged was an enchanting collection of melded vintage treasures with a contemporary bohemian edge.

With an exceptional eye for picking out gorgeous pre-loved treasures, Katie mixes in key pieces with an eclectic selection of old and new gemstone beaded chains and findings to ensure each item is completely fresh and individual.

Her range consists of earrings and necklaces, semi- precious beaded chain, antique, vintage pieces and vibrant tassels. The metal of the vintage elements is not always known, but this does not distract from the preciousness of these pieces. From simple and small to striking statement pieces.

Katie also receives commissions from clients looking to breathe new life in to their own heirlooms – inherited pieces that might look out of date in their current incarnation can be revitalised when repurposed into a bespoke item with a modern twist.See ‘commissions’

Commissions have included The British Museum and she has had national press coverage in The Observer Magazine, Grazia, Red Magazine, Stylist Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine and Vogue.
